I design, build, and operate AI systems end to end — not slideware. This website is itself a demo: it is narrated by Natalia, a real-time voice AI ambassador I built (LiveKit WebRTC, retrieval-augmented knowledge, live site navigation). Turn on your sound and ask her anything about me.
What I build
- AI voice agents — real-time conversational agents that answer and place phone calls, see through cameras, and control real systems (LiveKit, SIP telephony, speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines).
- Business workflow automation — n8n and custom pipelines wired into CRMs, email, and calendars; built on 15+ years of operations and program-management experience (Salesforce CRM implementation at Pearson, Six Sigma process work).
- Self-hosted AI infrastructure — private LLM serving on GPU hardware (30B-parameter models at 96k context), RAG with vector databases, and the hypervisor, networking, and observability underneath. I run a production platform of ~18 services on my own metal.

Origin story
I came to the U.S. at age 6. At 21 I was facing deportation from the only home I knew — so I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps weeks after 9/11 and earned my citizenship through service. I rose from Private to Sergeant in aviation maintenance and quality assurance, was temporarily reassigned to the base Military Police (PMO) under the Fleet Assistance Program during post-9/11 manpower shortages, and volunteered to extend my enlistment to deploy to Iraq, where I built the first HAZMAT program at Al Asad. After the Corps: a decade of revenue-carrying business leadership — mortgage operations owner, top-performing senior advisor at Apollo Education Group, director at Hi Country Auto Group, Salesforce CRM implementation at Pearson — then an MBA at the University of Arizona (first in my family), and since 2021, the AI systems you see on this site, built under my own company, TAN LLC.
The systems framework
How I operate, in one loop: define a clear vision; turn it into specific, measurable goals; show up with daily consistency and discipline; build systems and environments that remove willpower from the equation; prepare so success is the path of least resistance; measure relentlessly and adapt on data, not emotion; then iterate — every cycle compounds. It's how the Marine Corps taught me to run operations, and it's how I build software.
